I usually ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipments are via USPS Priority Mail, and are to the USA only. Three 16oz. sized fragrance oil bottles will fit into a USPS Priority Mail Padded Envelope. Actual shipping fees will be charged unless your order is above $100.00 in goods (in which case, shipping will be free)

Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You will be given a USPS tracking number upon shipment of your goods.
Should your package become delayed, DAMAGED or lost by USPS, it is your responsibility to contact USPS to find out where your package is, or to file a claim in the case of damage.
Once your package leaves our facility, anything detrimental which happens to your package is out of our hands and not our responsibility.
